About
Traverse Land Solutions is a veteran-owned business based in the Denver area, started by Fredrick Holmes, a U.S. Army veteran.
Fredrick began in civil engineering technology at Milwaukee Area Technical College, then moved to Pueblo, Colorado to keep going. When COVID and the cost of school put his degree on hold, he took an entry-level drafting job at a survey company. Over the next five years he worked his way up to project manager, learning the work from the drafting side through delivery.
Now he's back in school, studying Surveying and Geomatics at Colorado Mesa University as the first step toward becoming a Professional Land Surveyor. He started Traverse to give surveyors, engineers, title companies, and utilities the kind of drafting help he'd want on his own projects: careful work, clear communication, and files that are ready to use.
